Botanically dyed silk scarf. This one of a kind scarf has been dyed using the method of bundle dyeing. Bundle dyeing is the process of placing dyestuffs directly on your chosen fabric then extracting their natural colors through heat and steam, resulting in their imprints being transferred on the silk.
The silk has been hand dyed using a combination of plants, flowers, food waste and natural dye extracts to create a unique print on the fabric. Natural dyeing is a timely and a somewhat spontaneous process. Each item bears its own individual birth marks and characteristics resulting in a completely one-of-a-kind item for you to cherish and love.
